The BoatU.S. Foundation is seeking a highly motivated Systems Analyst to join our nonprofit organization. In this position, you will play a crucial role in supporting our nonprofit by utilizing your SQL query writing skills, low-code Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) development capabilities, and your aptitude for quickly adapting to new systems and technologies. The ideal candidate is a skilled problem solver who thrives in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.   • Develop, maintain, and optimize SQL queries to retrieve and manipulate data from various databases – especially Salesforce Sales, Service and Marketing Clouds
  • Utilize low-code Integration Platform as a Service (IPaaS) to design and implement applications and workflows to automate business processes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand and translate business requirements into technical solutions.
  • Quickly learn and adapt to new systems, technologies, and tools as required for various IT projects.
  • Provide technical support and assistance to end-users when needed.
  • Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related issues.
  • Document processes, procedures, and technical specifications.


  • Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Mathematics, Business or other related field.
  • Strong proficiency in writing SQL queries and working with relational databases.
  • Familiarity with low-code platforms and a willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies.
  • HTML Coding experience
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Quick learner with a passion for staying up to date with the latest technology trends.
