About this role:
Wells Fargo is seeking a Lead Process Engineer to be part of the Operational Excellence team in Global Operations, specifically the Digital Transformation – Process Intelligence Services (PIS) unit. You will join a team of highly specialized Process Engineers that are cross trained in process improvement and delivery of Celonis supported process and task mining initiatives. Our global team drives process, efficiency, and control improvements aligned to strategic priorities in the enterprise.
As a Lead Process Engineer on our team, you should be comfortable driving the full lifecycle for digital transformation efforts from defining the approach to solve complex problems to the delivery of tangible recommendations in a high-paced, cross-matrix environments, with significant ambiguity. A successful candidate will have proven experience in a business advisory function, using process or task mining software to support data-driven recommendations, while facilitating senior leaders and stakeholders through the delivery and change management life cycle.
