This high performing leader will partner with the various Finance organizations within Kraft Heinz to build process and technology capabilities that support their growth and strategic agenda. For this role to be a fit, you must be a skilled relationship builder with the ability to work in fast paced and ever-changing environments. You should be able to guide the organization in the proper way to leverage new systems and be able to understand how new technology developments impact the company. This role will focus on the master data management using Hyperion DRM/EDM, maintaining security across Hyperion and Oracle EPM applications. Overseeing the daily operations and administration of Oracle DRM/EDM, Security Administration, this will include supporting the business needs, coordinating defect and enhancements, and helping drive metadata/hierarchy and security changes during the financial Month-End and Year-End close.
The Main Ingredients:
- Responsible for managing master data in DRM and downstream applications HFM (using ODI) and EPBCS (Using EPMAutomate).
- Update FDMEE mappings and maintaining security for Planning and Budgeting cloud (PBCS) and HFM.
- Capture and document business requirements and perform all changes in accordance to change/release management process to be SOX compliant.
- Analyze existing and new information/applications, propose potential solutions, and execute selected technology solutions.
- Focused on driving efficiencies by implementing process automations.
- Support change management activities for projects and enhancements (Change Impact Assessment, Communications, Training).
- Work with Vendors to review SLAs and perform operations review.
- Monitor overall operations support and focus on continuous improvements.
- Drive implementation of a strong control environment and robust processes.
- Ability to work well under pressure; manage tight deadlines and situations where conflicting priorities arise.

- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree
- DRM/EDM Certification is plus
Domain Expertise
- Minimum of 7 years of functional and/or technical Oracle Data Relationship Manager (DRM) or Oracle Enterprise Data Management (EDM) experience and ODI/FDMEE/Data management
- Functional or Technical experience working with Oracle EPM applications
- Experience using Oracle Hyperion Suite of products (i.e. HFM / Planning / ePBCS) with key focus on maintaining Security using Shared Services and Access Control.
- Knowledge of Data Management and EPM Automate
- Azure / Snowflake experience is a plus

- Foundational scripting language experience (Python or SQL)
- Strong leader, collaborator, team player, and individual contributor
- Strong communication skills with comfort in speaking with and presenting to IT leadership
- Strong Power Point and Excel user

Base Salary Range: $99,100.00 - $123,900.00
Target Total Cash Range: $123,875.00 - $154,875.00
Target total cash represents this role's annualized cash earning potential at target (base salary + target bonus). Target total cash is contingent on targeted company performance achievement and individual attainment of performance goals. Therefore, target total cash is not guaranteed earnings.
The compensation offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate’s geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
