Our Marketing Operations team at monday.com is growing! We are looking for a talented Marketing Operations Manager to join us! 

As a Marketing Operations Manager at monday.com you will focus on implementing best practices, processes, and systems in order to drive scale and efficiency in our sales-led growth strategy. You will operate and develop infrastructure for fast execution, drive system and process improvements and provide data-driven insights to the business, while supporting and building new business initiatives. Our marketing operations managers work closely with regional marketing, user acquisition, analysts, marketing managers, and sales, and act as a connector between different groups. 

This role requires a comprehensive understanding of CRM and marketing automation platform management, lead generation and marketing workflows, marketing attribution, and overall familiarity with marketing tech stack (Salesforce, Hubspot, reporting, and analytics).

  • Maintain lead lifecycle model, data integrity, and data processes
  • Own, operate, implement and maintain marketing systems, including marketing automation platforms
  • Work closely with different  teams across the organization and initiate cross-company collaboration 
  • Streamline lead funnel processes, optimizing sales-led growth operations, and leveraging various platforms and tools to enhance lead conversion rates
  • Monitor and optimize nurture and drip flows from an operational standpoint, focusing on process efficiency
  • Integrate new partners and lead vendors into our lead generation infrastructure to expand our reach and increase lead volume
  • Maintain a focus on lead attribution, analysis, and data integrity to drive informed decision-making

  • 3+ years of experience in a similar position (Marketing/Business Operations Manager)
  • Hands-on experience with enterprise level Salesforce and marketing automations platforms (Hubspot)
  • Hands-on experience working on lead generation programs (ABM experience is an advantage)
  • Proven ability to design, optimize, and manage complex systems and processes 
  • Strong communication skills, excellent English speaker/writer
  • Experience building and monitoring workflows with Zappier/Workato - advantage
  • Knowledge of BI tools, such as Looker / Tableau - advantage
