Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9 AM - 5 PM (CST)

Role Overview:

As Operations Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing our day-to-day operations. You will be instrumental in measuring team performance, managing external vendors and projects, and problem-solving operational challenges to drive our organization forward. You'll not only lead by example but also have the chance to grow alongside a team of naturally curious doers. Plus, you'll have the unique opportunity to dive into our industry by taking the LSAT and exploring our LSAT book in your first few weeks.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure efficiency and productivity.
  2. Develop and implement KPIs to measure team performance.
  3. Manage external vendors and projects, ranging from software development to digital marketing.
  4. Problem-solving operational issues to create a lean, highly productive organization.


  • Exceptional spoken English is a must.
  • Proficiency in Airtable, Slack, Hubspot, Zapier/Make, and Stripe.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to take initiative and work independently.
  • Willingness to take an LSAT and read industry-specific materials to learn the industry.


  • Experience in education or community-building industries.
  • Previous experience in an operations role or as a Chief of Staff.
  • A naturally curious mindset with a passion for learning and growth.
