The assignment will be to the Procurement Operation Dept , Rakuten Group, Inc. Procurement Operation Dept is responsible for entire Rakuten group procurement operation as centralized procurement function.

Procurement Specialist

- Execution of procurement-related tasks, planning and implementation of procurement strategies

- Coordination with the requesting business departments

Procurement Operation Planning

- Analysis, planning, and lead execution for smooth procurement operations

- Project management and lead execution of peripheral planning related to procurement


Work Environment

Around 80 people


Mandatory Qualifications:

- 3 years or more of working experience

- Able to communicate in business

Desired Qualifications:

- Business level English proficiency

- Experience in Global Procurement

- Creation of business documents

- Experience in negotiations with external parties

- Experience in project management

- Inexperienced welcome
