Position Summary

In this role, you will be the primary analyst for the Sales and Corporate functions, reporting to the Director of Special Projects/PMO and working closely with RESA Power’s Sales and Executive team members.  You will create models and dashboards to align and drive sales and company strategy. You will have a close working relationship with Sales and Executive leaders as well as all the sales team at RESA Power to provide analysis of data and opportunities in all markets and functions. This role can be performed remotely but preference would be to operate out of one of RESA Power’s existing locations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Ownership of the data contained within RESA Power’s CRM system and represented in the Power BI cloud reporting environment.
  • Development of CRM Process and Playbook and management and adherence to the same.
  • CRM Dashboard development and KPI creation, ownership, and presentations.
  • Develops and delivers training on CRM & Power BI. 
  • Support Sales leadership team, VP’s, and GMs, to align tools with strategy set by leadership team.
  • Implement best practices for data tracking to align with strategic initiatives.
  • Support National Account Team and Sales Teams (dashboards, reporting and projects).
  • Program Management & Project Management.
  • Identification of best practices and trends.
  • Data Analytics & Reporting
  • Support local and National pricing initiatives.
  • Ad hoc projects for senior leadership, both for internal and external purposes.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Required Experience and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience and 3 years of related experience. 
  • An ability to articulate your analytical and reporting experience to generate insight, formulate recommendations, and influence business decisions.
  • Be comfortable with standard reporting (P/L, OE, Capital, Cost Savings, Inventory, NPI, and Corporate Priority), and have a keen interest in operations along with strong finance, communication, and partnership skills.
  • Knowledge and application of accounting principles including financial statements, costing, and fixed assets, a plus.
  • Demonstrated, progressive experience performing forecasting, budgeting, and analysis in for-profit industry. Experience in creating multi-year business models.
  • Experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM and Power BI.
  • Some experience with system integration and deployment is a plus.
  • Independently motivated, a collaborative teammate with an affinity for adapting to different situations and personalities.
  • Advanced skills with Microsoft Office (Excel & PowerPoint).

Compensation: $77,399 to $108,299

Relocation: No relocation provided
