The Position
Our Sales and Customer Service Consultants support our travel agents and direct customers by providing exceptional customer service and sales expertise across multiple channels. This is a full-time permanent position, where you will The training for this position starts on the 4th of January 2022.

Reporting to the Operations Manager, your role involves generating monthly feedback statistics (OPS Report), assisting with trip preparation, handling equipment logistics, and fulfilling other operational tasks as needed. You'll provide feedback to managers and tour leaders, ensure Group Leaders have up-to-date information, facilitate leader development, oversee UA operations, and maintain passenger information. Flexibility and meeting deadlines are crucial.  

A passion for travel is a must! With it, you’ll bring:  

• Outstanding organisational skills and attention to detail, including responsibility for office supplies and legal documentations 

• Experience in analysis, report creation, and confident use of Microsoft Office  

• Fluency in English writing and speaking, with strong communication skills essential for building business relationships and influencing outcomes 

• Flexible working hours and ability to handle multitasking, working independently or with a team 

• Aptitude with numbers, ability to achieve deadlines, and work under pressure while maintaining accuracy
