ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Oversee the management of several key software systems and their integrations, including Make (our integration middleware) and RoamingIQ’s Vault (our customer-facing portal), among others.
- Manage the data that runs through the middleware to ensure it is maintaining our sanitization standards.
- Collaborate closely with the technical team and cross-functional departments to enhance software architecture and drive innovation in workflow processes.
- Create robust error handling around our integrations.
- Partner with our tech and sales operations teams to identify, evaluate and implement new processes and integrations across the company.
- Work collaboratively with the team to set priorities and hold firmly to those priorities to maintain focus around system development.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- 2-3 years of hands-on experience with integration platforms such as Zapier, Make, Celigo, Boomi, etc.
- Experience working with javascript, typescript, or other modern programming languages.
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - things move fast at Gigstreem.
- Flexibility and adaptability.
- Familiarity with agile development methods.
