GE Healthcare is looking for a visionary and innovative senior marketing leader to help assess, optimize, and manage our Global Marketing Operations function with experience managing and motivating highly functioning teams in the B2B industry. The ideal candidate should also have a blend of technical and analytical skills with passion on optimizing operational workflows to enhance the efficiency of marketing activities, ensuring that the marketing efforts are aligned with our company’s objectives.

As the Director of Global Marketing Operations at GE HealthCare, you will play a crucial leadership role in shaping and advancing our marketing operations worldwide. In this capacity, you will spearhead the Global Marketing Operations Excellence Program, a cornerstone initiative aimed at elevating our marketing activities through strategic process innovation, operational efficiency, and stringent compliance. Your leadership will directly influence our ability to engage customers, drive business growth, and maintain our position as a leader in the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Leadership: Spearhead the Marketing Operations Excellence strategy, implementing cross-functional initiatives that align with our global business objectives.
  • Operational Excellence: Drive continuous improvements across marketing operations to optimize resource allocation and operational efficiency.
  • Campaign Management: Develop automated processes for global campaign creation and analytics, maintaining high standards in campaign management and performance monitoring.
  • Governance and Compliance: Manage all marketing compliance activities to ensure ethical operations and adherence to legal, regulatory, and company standards.
  • Integrated Planning and Collaboration: Foster a collaborative environment that breaks down silos, utilizing tools like OCE to enhance communication and project execution across teams.
  • Technology Integration and Management: In partnership with MarTech team, recommend improvements in our marketing technology stack to support an omnichannel content experience, enhancing digital asset and web publishing lifecycles.
  • Performance Measurement: Implement a comprehensive measurement system to track marketing effectiveness, using KPIs to make data-driven decisions and improve marketing strategies.
  • Team Development and Training: Build and manage a skilled marketing operations team; develop training programs to enhance capabilities and ensure alignment with our strategic goals.

Required Qualifications:

  • 10 years working experience in marketing with at least 5 of those years being in marketing operations, preferably working as a Head of Marketing Operations.
  • Proven experience in marketing automation, marketing technology tools, orchestration solutions and extended experience working in a digital marketing environment.

Desired Qualifications:

  • Results-driven with exceptional analytical skills and experience in quantitative data analysis of program effectiveness, forecasting, and ROI.
  • Strong leadership and communications skills with the ability to influence cross-functional managers and stakeholders while manage and inspire team members at the same time.
  • Great organizational skills including but not limited to managing multiple projects simultaneously and meeting deadlines, self-motivated, ability to think creatively and strategically and ability to stay calm under pressure or uncertainty.
  • High commitment to maintaining high compliance standards and ethical practices.
  • Innovative thinker with a track record of implementing new strategies and technologies.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $138,720.00-$208,080.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
